Meeting Between Kosar University President and Former Iranian Ambassador to Turkmenistan

According to Kosar University's Public Relations, on Saturday, December 1, 2024 (Azar 3, 1403), Dr. Mahboobe Moeen Moghaddas, President of Kosar University, met with Mr. Arbabkhaless, the former Iranian Ambassador to Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, Dr. Mahboobe Moeen Moghaddas welcomed the former Iranian Ambassador to Turkmenistan and provided a brief overview of the university's achievements, stating: "Kosar University, with the high potential of its faculty members and students, has achieved numerous honors in various fields."

She added: "As the second comprehensive university for women in the country, Kosar University has established a special position in higher education for women by relying on the unique talents of its academic elites. We hope to integrate greater dimensions of growth and development, particularly in international relations and collaborations, with this vision. By operationalizing scientific events and international cooperation agreements, we aim to build capacity and create pathways for the engagement of Kosar academics, thereby achieving our goals in this area and in scientific-international cooperation."
