Kosar University Faculty Member Among World's Top 2% of Researchers

According to a report from the Public Relations Office of Kosar University, citing the Office of Academic and Research Affairs, the latest annual Elsevier report on researchers’ citation performance in 2025 based on bibliometric indicators extracted from the Scopus database has recognized Dr. Azam Sobhani, a Faculty Member of the Chemistry Department at Kosar University, Among the World’s Top 2% most cited scientists in 2025, based on her one-year citation Performance.

This report employs a range of scientific indicators including the h-index, total citations received, and a composite indicator to rank researchers across 22 broad scientific fields and 174 subfields.
