Head of the Student Welfare Fund said: All dormitories should be licensed to the Supervisory and Evaluation Board of NGOs until the start of the coming semester.

According to the Public Relations Department of Kowsar University, the opening ceremony of the first meeting of student deputies of the 9th universities of the country was held today at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Engineer Zalafar Yazdan Mehr, during the ceremony, announced the first action of the Fund last year as a strategic document, adding that strengthening the credits, providing effective support to the public and charitable institutions and enhancing the fund's revenues has been one of the measures taken by the Welfare Fund for students last year.

He commended the guidelines for the establishment and administration of state-owned dormitories from other actions taken last year and emphasized the monitoring and evaluation of nongovernmental dormitories.

Head of the Student Welfare Fund said: "All dormitories should be authorized by this council until the start of the next semester.

The head of the Student Welfare Fund noted the rating of the hostels and considered it a good process to justify the rental rate.

He also announced an increase in the housing allowance for married students, the addition of loan to Al-Hassaneh as a housing allowance, an increase in student loans for brilliant talented students, an increase in the marriage loan, and the assignment of a health and wellness room for each dormitory from other programs of the Welfare Fund.
